Title: Workflow Automation Lead – RPA UiPath Location: Canton, MA Job type: Contract Experience Range: 10+ Years Key Responsibilities Design and define platform strategy and automation governance framework. Establish best practices, standards, and guidelines for automation development and deployment. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather automation requirements. Finalize automation platform/strategy for the requirement and produce high level Design. Maintain and optimize existing automation bots. Ensure adherence to security policies and best practice compliance in automation development. Technical & Functional Skills Must-Have Hands-on experience with multiple Automation technologies especially UiPath and Power Automate Architecture experience for the solutions Familiarity with REST/JSON APIs, SQL, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Experience with bot deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Good-to-Have Experience working with 3rd party vendors and OEMs. Understanding of contracts and SLAs.
