Work you'll do

Senior Managers are expected tocontribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways,including:

  • Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilizeand manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content;facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at theclient; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagementeconomics; manage engagement risk
  • Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executiveclients and sponsors
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decisionmakers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and leadaspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development ofproposal pricing strategies
  • Practice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions andmethodologies; develop thoughtware and point-of-viewdocuments; participate in public speaking events; get published in industryperiodicals
  • People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide inputand guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staffrecruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support fordelivery teams and staff in local offices


Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years ofrelevant consulting or industry experience
  • 4+ years of experience overseeing multiple project teams
  • 4+ years of experience in generating new client business
  • A minimum of 6 full life cycle Workday or comparable financialsERP implementations from planning to go-live
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years equivalent professional experience
  • Workday certification or successfully completing relevant Workdaycertification upon joining
  • Ability to travelup to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients andindustries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigrationsponsorship may be available

Preferred:

•Hands-onFunctional solutioning experience

  • Other leading Cloudbased SaaS financials application implementation experience (ie: NetSuite,Fusion Intact, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Lawson)
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization
  • Proven skills as a project manager on multiple full life cycleimplementations.
  • Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions forclients.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the abilityto exercise mature judgment.
  • Ability to engage and manage senior-level client relationships
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, includingpresentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to mentor junior staff.

Wages + Salary

The wage range for this roletakes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in makingcompensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience andtraining; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizationalneeds. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicablegeographic differential associated with the location at which the position maybe filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at ornear the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions aredependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate ofthe current range is $158,900 to $292,900.

You may also be eligible toparticipate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rulesgoverning the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors,including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
