Full-Time Hourly Position

Location: Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA)

Experience Required: 2 year of showroom/wholesale experience

Brands we carry are MELLODAY & GOOD LUCK GEM. ***Must have CURRENT experience working in a wholesale clothing showroom or has worked as an assistant to a manufacturer locally*** 

Key Responsibilities:

• Checking in/out samples and maintaining their organization
• Keeping the showroom clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies and edited samples
• Generating and managing selling reports
• Acting as a liaison between buyers, manufacturers, and showroom staff
• Ensuring prompt follow-ups and proactive communication with buyers and factories
• Entering orders and confirming buyer PO details with accuracy
• Conducting competitive shopping and market research
• Managing multiple lines within the showroom and adapting to a fast-paced environment

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with NUOrder or similar showroom software
• Strong attention to detail, especially when double-checking buyer purchase order confirmations
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and lines efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of current trends in women's fashion
• Team player with a flexible, solution-driven attitude
• Proactive with a positive, can-do mindset

• Minimal travel required (occasional appointments in NYC, Seattle, Dallas)
