Job Title: Welder

Weekly Pay || $22 - $25 an hour || 1st & 3rd shift

Job Description

Perform high-quality welding tasks to produce durable, reliable products. Read and interpret measurements using a standard tape measure. Execute basic math calculations for accurate fabrication. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards. Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills and adapt to company processes. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct welding tasks with precision to ensure the quality and durability of products.
• Accurately read and interpret measurements using a standard tape measure.
• Perform basic math calculations necessary for precise fabrication.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and uphold quality standards.
• Engage in on-the-job training to improve skills and adapt to company procedures.
• Ensure safety and efficiency in a manufacturing work environment.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in welding and the ability to pass a welding test.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with mechanical systems and tools.
• Competency in reading a standard tape measure and performing basic math calculations.
• Ability to read and write effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in MIG welding and welding on steel products.
• Familiarity with blueprints, fabrication, TIG welding, flux core welding, and structure grinding.
• Experience with aluminum welding is preferred.
• Completion of welding classes or prior welding experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.33 - $21.83/hr.
