We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity cofounder at Launch Legends a pioneering venture that merges Web technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer1 blockchain platform and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

As a parttime cofounder you will:

• Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally raised capital exceeding $500 million and spearheaded several highrevenue disruptive projects.
• Work alongside our global team of 55 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
• Develop and launch three distinct websites fully designed in Figma for our key projects: Autheo GO WFO and Launch Legends.
• Create and optimize landing pages that drive engagement and conversions ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.

About the Organization

Launch Legends is a technology development incubator and launch pad focused on transforming the creator economy and extreme sports industries through innovative Web3 solutions. With over two years of development we are preparing to launch:

• Autheo: Our Layer1 blockchain platform specifically designed for creators to own expand and monetize their networks. Autheo provides a robust foundation for decentralized applications allowing creators to engage with their communities in new and meaningful ways.
• GO WFO: The first Layer2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports built on the Autheo platform. GO WFO aims to revolutionize the extreme sports sector by integrating blockchain NFTs and SocialFi features offering athletes and creators a new way to connect with their fans and monetize their content.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry projected to reach $500 billion by 2027 and the extreme sports market an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active participants worldwide.

The Opportunity

Role Overview: SEO Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team contributing to the growth of two exciting brands Autheo and GO WFO. This role is essential for growing our online presence on Google and driving organic traffic to our content. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization with a proven track record of optimizing content to increase visibility and gain topical authority on Google. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web3/blockchain content creation platforms and the extreme sports industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with broader marketing goals to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic to our blog and website.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization for the static pages on the website and devise a comprehensive content plan for our blog.
• Perform SEO audits and provide actionable insights to improve onpage offpage and technical SEO.
• Implement linkbuilding strategies to increase domain authority and page rankings.
• Monitor and analyze web analytics using tools such as Google Analytics SEMRush Ahrefs Moz etc. to track performance and ROI.
• Work alongside Digital Analyst to generate detailed reports on website health and performance providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Present findings to stakeholders and collaborate on strategic decisions to enhance overall digital marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends search engine algorithm changes best practices and competitive landscape to continuously refine SEO tactics and stay ahead in search engine rankings visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in SEO strategy and implementation.
• Proven track record of successfully growing organic search traffic and improving search rankings. Having experience in web3based brands would be highly considered.
• Strong understanding of keyword research onpage and offpage SEO including technical SEO aspects.
• Indepth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g. Moz Ahrefs SEMRush Google Search Console).
• Excellent strategic analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present datadriven insights effectively.
• Strong knowledge of datadriven decisionmaking processes.
• Familiarity with web3 and blockchain will be highly considered.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams in different time zones in a remote setting.
