WATER SANITATION MANAGER

The Water and Sanitation Manager oversees the freshwater production, treatment, storage, and distribution. In addition, irrigation, wastewater treatment plant, water attractions and pools, and plumbing equipment functions as per the Company’s public health policies and procedures. This role is responsible for leading the planned maintenance and repairs of the reverse osmosis, sewage plants, water attractions, pool installations, and its related equipment ensuring functionality that meets all required quality standards, resulting in maximum operating time and guest satisfaction. The Water and Sanitation Managerin in charge for treating thewater daily, ensuring optimal water chemistry parameters. This position is responsible for optimizing and maintaining the chemical consumption, critical spare parts, and budget related to the area of responsibility. This role must have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize, and be detailed orientated while establishing and driving a positive working environment. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
