We are a large local clothing retail store specializing in affordable and fast-moving fashion. With both physical and online stores, we need a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to manage our high-turnover stock and ensure seamless inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, track product movement, and ensure timely restocking based on seasonal updates.
• Warehouse & Supplier Coordination: Communicate with our warehouse to determine stock requirements, quantities, and delivery schedules.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all incoming merchandise meets company standards and promptly address any discrepancies.
• Shipment Accuracy: Oversee receiving, identifying, and documenting inventory transactions to ensure efficiency.
• Performance Measurement: Track and report warehouse activities, employee performance, and stock effectiveness.
• Storage Organization: Keep inventory and warehouse areas well-organized to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.
• Team Management: Communicate job expectations, assign workloads, coach warehouse employees, and determine staffing needs.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, introduce innovations, and enhance warehouse operational procedures.
• Department Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to align inventory needs with business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Manager, or similar role in retail (preferably clothing or fashion).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse software, and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency is a plus).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to warehouse operational challenges.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with teams, including international suppliers.
• Ability to analyze stock data and make informed decisions to optimize inventory levels.
• Experience in team supervision and warehouse operations management.
