Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Manager is to oversee all day-to-day operations of our Clearwater, FL warehouse.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Strong leadership qualities
2. Oversee all operations of the warehouse
3. Oversee and participate in picking, rebagging, and labeling all sales orders
4. Cycle count inventory and keep warehouse organized
5. Entering warehouse adjustments into ERP system
6. Review shipping invoices for accuracy
7. Issue RMAs into ERP system
8. Entering transfers into ERP system
9. Managing and participating in full container unloads
10. Receiving all vendor orders and full containers
11. Manage other Clearwater warehouse employees
12. Help out other departments as needed

Education, prior work experience and specialized skills and knowledge:

• Hard-working and dependable
• Warehouse management experience of at least 5 years
• Effective communication skills
• Works independently as well as in a team environment
• Detail oriented
• Forklift certification

Physical Demands:

• Capable of safely handling packages up to 70 lbs and push/pull 300 lbs using a hand lift
• Able to work on feet (stand and walk) for at least six hours a day

Miscellaneous:

• Job requires working on Nelco’s premises
