What you will be Doing in this Position

• Plans, implements and monitors the day-to-day operations for the Division's warehousing Function.
• Manages assigned staff, including involvement in the recruitment and selection process of new employees, assigning work, providing training and development.
• Periodically audits operational procedures and programs related to shipping and receiving and implements necessary improvements to achieve expectations
• Develops, audits and controls department budget and ensures that operational costs are within plan.
• Supervises, through subordinate management, approximately 50 to 70 employees, including hourly staff.
  

Required Skills

• BS Degree or equivalent Experience
• 7 years of progressively responsible experience in warehousing operations involving multi temperature environment with receiving, inventory control and shipping and 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience.
