Job description

Summary: Assist in the safe production of quality products by ensuring parts are moved though the production process efficiently and checked for quality. This includes:

• Line loading
• Repacking
• Visual Inspection
• Sorting

Responsibilities:

• Supply components to hoppers, indexing poles or conveyors,
• Load parts from the basket to machine conveyor.
• Remove finished parts from the machines. Inspect as necessary and pack properly.
• Visually inspect components and parts for defects, sort and disassemble defect parts.

Qualifications:

• Concentrate on a task over several minutes without being distracted.
• Arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis
• Familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines and practices
