Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent! In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting data enrichment tasks for our healthcare clients, ensuring high-quality standards and contributing to our quality control processes.

What You'll Do:
Participate in both voice and non-voice processes as needed.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases to ensure accuracy.
Review and complete enrichment tasks based on client guidelines and training.
Perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, and follow up with various state boards regarding certification statuses.
Execute tasks in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards.
Be open to additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes.
Experience in an inbound or outbound call center, inside sales, or related customer service roles is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability for 40 hours per week, with an immediate start.
Adaptability and flexibility to manage process and information changes effectively.
Ability to work independently or as an engaged team member.
Comfortable with a work-from-home setup, with a stable internet connection.
Proficiency with computers is preferred.
Compensation: $16 per hour
