Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated Voice Data Entry Agent to join our Data Enrichment team. In this role, you will support various data enrichment tasks and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality control, ensuring the success of the team and clients.

What You'll Do:
Participate in both voice and non-voice processes as needed.
Manage inbound and outbound calls with a professional and courteous approach.
Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases for cross-checking.
Review and complete enrichment tasks based on client instructions and training.
Enter data, verify vendor resources, confirm board certifications, and follow up with state boards for status updates.
Ensure the timely and high-quality execution of all assigned tasks.
Take on additional duties and tasks as needed by the team.
Pay Rate: $16/hour

What We're Looking For:
Comfortable working with both voice and non-voice processes.
Experience in outbound/inbound call centers, inside sales, or customer service is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Available to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately.
Adaptable, with the ability to work effectively through changes in processes or information.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
Must have the ability to work from home with a stable internet connection.
Computer-savvy candidates are preferred.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 48,000.00 Per Year
