What You'll Do
Handle voice or non-voice processes based on team needs.
Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy.
Verify information provided by third parties using online databases for cross-checking.
Complete data enrichment tasks, including vendor verifications, board certifications, and follow-ups with state boards.
Perform timely and accurate data entry to meet quality standards.
Support quality control processes as trained.
Adapt to additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For
Open to working in both voice and non-voice processes.
Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or customer service is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Availability for 40 hours per week, ready to start immediately.
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment with process and information changes.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.
Proficient with computers and technology.
