Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with creative flair for the clothing department and power aisle. You must be an innovative thinker that can utilize skills in visual design and space utilization to enhance the aesthetic appeal of departmental displays. Incredibly accurate and meticulous. You will work as part of a talented team whose main goal is to create an engaging and inviting department, while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Merchandise products in all product categories.
• Assist in ensuring that signage, product display and cleanliness are addressed and maintained at an acceptable standard.
• Enthusiastically encourage teamwork within the store and with all other departments.

Qualifications:

• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn computer based concepts quickly.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time.
• Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic construction skills in building and assembly of visual props.
• The ability to use ladders, drills, box knives, and other miscellaneous tools.
• One year of retail, visual merchandising and 6 months of leadership experience.
