Job Description

Abbey Road Programs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Staff Coordinator to support its international and domestic programs. This is a remote position that offers you the opportunity to play a key role in planning and executing a vibrant program calendar filled with academic, social, cultural, and recreational activities.

Your main responsibility will be to expertly manage the program's master calendar, including travel itineraries, academic schedules, excursions, meals, day trips, and other activities. You will also conduct daily online meetings with our staff to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the master calendar for the program, coordinating all aspects of travel, academics, and activities.
• Facilitate daily online meetings with staff to ensure the successful execution of daily tasks and checklists.

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Exceptional organizational and logistical skills, along with high energy and initiative.
• Strong resourcefulness and keen attention to detail.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT and staff management.
• Experience with student organizations, event planning, and organizing activities.
