About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and communication support remotely. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage email inboxes, respond to inquiries, and route messages as needed.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars.
  • Perform data entry, maintain digital files, and manage online records.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, documents, and reports.
  • Assist with customer service tasks such as responding to inquiries or support tickets.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries (if needed).
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Manage simple bookkeeping tasks (optional).
  • Assist with social media posting, basic research, or project coordination.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to team members and leadership.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies at all times.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar remote role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams, etc.).
  • Comfortable using cloud-based platforms, CRM systems, and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
