What You Will Do As a video producer for the Field Systems segment you will be responsible for the production of the sector's marketing video content, across all business units, including our Geospatial, Civil Construction, and Advanced Positioning divisions. You will perform:
Hands-on production
- Plan, shoot and / or edit high-quality video content for various marketing and communication needs, including promotional videos, product demos, client testimonials and corporate messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop video concepts and scripts that align with our brand and business objectives.
- Handle all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, filming, editing and post-production.
- Comfort working in both studio and dynamic field environments with the ability to capture compelling imagery and video in both contexts.
- Ability to create video content of all types, including interview style, sizzle reels, b-roll footage, etc.
- Nice to have: Ability to capture and edit still imagery for use in marketing collateral and content.
Project Management:
- Manage relationships with third-party agencies, production houses and freelancers to produce additional video content, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets and deliverables for external video projects.
- Coordinate with external partners to review progress, provide feedback and ensure the final product meets quality and strategic requirements.
Creative Strategy and Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales and other departments to understand their needs and create content that supports their objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve production quality and effectiveness.
- Provide creative input and guidance to both in-house and external teams to enhance the impact of video content.
- Keen understanding of the multimodal nature of video and how it fits into campaign initiatives and overall business strategies.
- Act as a go-to resource for video best practices.
Quality Assurance:
- Review and approve video content produced by third-party agencies, ensuring it meets our brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process and ensure timely resolution.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring We are looking for a passionate video professional who understands the dynamic role video may play within the context of the broader marketing strategy. This individual should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a video producer, including a strong portfolio of video content.
- Proficiency in video production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) a plus.
- Ability to learn new editing and production software quickly.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing third-party vendors and agencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners in a global context.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet / exceed deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaborative mindset and comfort working in a large enterprise environment.
- Travel up to 25%.
