About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Research, Measurement, and Evaluation to lead a high-performing team dedicated to driving student achievement through rigorous, data-driven practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing research studies, blending quantitative and qualitative analyses, and providing real-time insights to inform decision-making at all levels. This role is pivotal in ensuring the continuous improvement of teaching and learning, with a focus on comparative analysis to advance equity and assess the impact of educational interventions. The Vice President will also be expected to represent the organization in global education dialogues, publish and present findings, and foster partnerships within the academic and research communities. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline, at least 5 years' of experience in quantitative research methods, and a proven track record of impact, particularly in the field of international development with a focus on education.
