As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and positive parking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide a high level of customer service.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Assist guests with their belongings and provide directions or information as needed.
• Keep valet area organized, clean, and safe.
• Ensure guest vehicles are handled with care and returned in the same condition.
• Adhere to all company safety standards and policies.
• Handle any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous valet or driving experience is a plus but not required.
