We at Coforge are hiring UX Designer Lead with the following skillset:

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Designer / UX Designer Lead with 10+ years of experience in C#, .NET, UI/UX design, and a deep understanding of BPM /low-code platform implementation.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly CRM and BPM solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences while leveraging low-code/no-code capabilities.
• This role requires a strong mix of service design, UX strategy, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement to develop scalable and efficient enterprise applications.
• Service & UX Design Leadership.
• Lead the UX/UI design strategy for CRM and BPM implementations.
• Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to optimize user experience.
• Design intuitive and accessible interfaces using best UX practices and low-code capabilities.
• Define and implement service design principles, ensuring smooth workflow automation.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to visualize user interactions.
• Creatio Tool Implementation & Customization.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to translate business needs into UX-driven solutions.
• Customize and configure Creatio low-code platform for enhanced usability and process automation.
• Integration with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.
• Implement custom UI/UX components using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
• Optimize application performance and accessibility standards. Technical & development expertise.
• Develop and implement custom UI components using .NET and JavaScript.
• Oversee API integration, backend development, and workflow configurations.
• Ensure UI consistency, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline integration and deployment. Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership.
• Work closely with business teams, developers, and product owners to align UX design with business goals.
• Lead design thinking workshops and UX research sessions with key stakeholders.
• Advocate for user-centered design, ensuring high adoption rates and engagement.
• Mentor junior designers and developers, driving design excellence within the team.
• Need minimum10+ years of experience in Service Design, UX/UI Design, and Application Development.
• Strong hands-on experience in C.
