UX Content Designer

JOB TITLE:UX Content Designer
LOCATION:Remote (EST working hours required)

Join our clients dynamic digital team as a UX Content Designer. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping product design and strategy, delivering engaging, consistent, and accessible experiences to users.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead content creation and serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating closely with designers
* Identify challenges and devise creative content solutions that educate and empower users
* Collaborate with other writers to maintain and deliver consistent language and labeling across various touchpoints
* Conduct user research, including creating test plans, interview guides, test scripts, and analysis documents
* Help shape the role of content in the design process, and partner with product managers for legal, risk, and compliance reviews

SKILLS REQUIRED:

* UX writing and UX Content Design
* Copywriting and Editing
* Digital Content Delivery and Digital Copywriting
* Proficiency in Figma, Invision/Mural/Miro, and Microsoft Office

PREFERRED SKILLS:

* Agile, Content Strategy, Design Thinking, Digital Communications, User Experience
* Previous experience in Banking, Insurance, or Healthcare sectors
* Ideal candidates will be natural collaborators, excellent communicators, and advocates for users. They should be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines, adapt quickly to change, and have a working knowledge of design fundamentals in a digital space. A passion for language, voice, style, and grammar is a must.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* High School Degree and Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
* 2-4 years of relevant experience required
