Location: Malvern, PA (Onsite)

Experience: 8+ Years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced
UI/UX Designer to provide expert-level user interface and user experience design services for web-based applications. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into intuitive, high-quality user experiences while working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities: - Design highly usable web interfaces including layout, navigation, and content elements
- Translate business and user needs into effective UI/UX designs and documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and senior leadership
- Develop design concepts, prototypes, and documentation aligned with business and marketing goals
- Apply user-centered design principles, visual design standards, and interaction patterns
- Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to continuously improve user experience
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions
- Ensure designs are technically feasible and optimized for performance across devices
- Present design solutions to senior management, project teams, and stakeholders
- Partner with development teams during implementation to ensure design fidelity
- Review and test implemented UI to ensure adherence to design standards and behavior
- Serve as a functional tester for UI design projects as needed
- Mentor and guide junior designers in UX best practices
- Support department initiatives and participate in special projects as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web-based applications
- Strong expertise in user-centered design , interaction design, and visual design
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design documentation
- Strong understanding of user behavior, usability, and accessibility principles
- Ability to analyze data and user feedback to drive design improvements
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and enterprise teams
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience testing UI designs and working closely with development teams
