A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position is available to support K-12 school health programs in Hollidaysburg, PA. This role involves providing essential nursing care and health services to students across multiple schools, with travel between locations as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer routine health care, including first aid and medication administration, following established protocols.
• Monitor student health and maintain accurate health records.
• Assist with health screenings and municable disease prevention.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to promote student well-being.
• Respond to health emergencies and provide appropriate care on-site.
• Travel between designated schools to deliver nursing services.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license.
• Experience working in school or pediatric healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong munication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Knowledge of basic emergency response and infection control practices.
• Willingness to travel between multiple school locations.
