Submission Requirements

• 1 years of OTA experience -  REQUIRED
• LTC or SNF Experience - Required
• OTA license- Required
• Must be submitted at the posted rate, if requested rate is higher candidate will be redirected
• New Grads OKAY- as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience

State License Requirements

• Missouri
