• Assignment Length: 8 weeks (January 5, 2026 – February 28, 2026)\n
• Healthcare Setting: Nursing Float Pool – Medical-Surgical Telemetry\n
• Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday; every other weekend required)\n
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2310 - $2470\n
• Start Dates: Weekly (Mondays)\n
• Location: Burlington, MA 01805 – Greater Boston area\n
• Employment Type: Travel RN Contract\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts nursing jobs\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience\n
• Epic EMR experience required\n
• BLS certification (AHA) required\n
• ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications preferred\n
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred; required if no prior travel RN experience\n
• Ability to pass day-one clinical testing (Relias practice tests available)\n
• Must be able to float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units as needed\n
• Full 8-week assignment availability required; no time off\n

\n\nRN Responsibilities – Clinical Support\n

\n
• Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical Telemetry environment\n
• Float to various units including ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units (floating may occur in 4-hour blocks)\n
• Manage patient ratios of 1:3-5\n
• Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes\n
• Participate in weekly orientation and ongoing clinical training\n
