LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Fort Myers, Florida.

Job Description & Requirements

• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Travel

Requirements

• Experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience required
  • Prior travel experience required
  • Must be able to manage high-acuity patients
• Certifications:
  • BLS – required
  • ACLS – required
  • NRP – required
  • AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring – class must be taken and passed
  • AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring – preferred
  • EFM certification – preferred
• Education:
  • Degree must show accreditation on profile
  • If not, must have 5 years of experience
• Scheduling Requirements:
  • Call required: 12 hours within a 6-week scheduling period
  • All RTO or schedule requests must be submitted with profile
  • Facility will not approve RTO or changes after submission
  • UNIT CANNOT ACCOMMODATE ANY MORE HOLIDAY RTO
• Float Requirements:
  • Floating required
  • Travelers are first to float
  • Possible floating to sister campuses
• Ratios:
  • 1–2:1
• EMR:
  • Epic
• Scrub Color:
  • Galaxy Blue and/or White
• Radius Rule:
  • Must live 50+ miles from GCMC permanent address
• Culture Expectations:
  • Travelers are welcomed and expected to function as core staff
• Documentation Deadline:
  • Hard document deadline: Monday prior to start
  • No exceptions for pending documents
• Interview/Offer Process:
  • HWL Clinical Interview and Offer
