Toxicology Expert Witness Nationwide - Fully Remote Expert Witness Opportunity

Overview:

Evidence Solutions, Inc. is actively seeking a highly qualified Toxicology Expert Witness to join our respected team of professionals. Our expert witnesses are not only leaders in their fields but are also exceptional communicators who can clearly and confidently convey complex technical concepts to attorneys, judges, and juries in legal proceedings.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in toxicology or a closely related field
• Proven experience serving as an expert witness in legal matters
• Advanced degree in toxicology, pharmacology, forensic science, or a related discipline
• Ability to analyze complex data and effectively communicate findings in written reports and oral testimony

Preferred Qualifications:

• Alcohol intoxication and blood-alcohol concentration (BAC)
• Adverse reactions to drugs or substances
• Drug toxicology, including overdoses and poisoning
• Forensic toxicology involving criminal and civil litigation
