Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Title Clerk to join the team at Reliable Chevrolet Springfield. This full-time, individual contributor role is a great step up in the auto industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are accurately titled and registered.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork for titling and registration of new and used vehicles.

• Ensure all transactions are completed accurately with correct fees and taxes.

• Prepare title discrepancies for resolution, including any transfers and lien releases.

• Assist in the completion of paperwork for various transactions to maintain compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.

• Verify accuracy of vehicle information and documentation in customer files.

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Knowledge of state and federal title and registration laws.

• Knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures.

• Excellent computer and organizational skills.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
