Responsibilities

Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of vehicle titles and registration.

Title Processing: Efficiently process all necessary documents to ensure prompt and accurate title issuance.

Compliance: Ensure all title documents are in compliance with state regulations and dealership policies.

Customer Assistance: Assist customers with any queries related to title processing and provide excellent customer service.

Coordination: Collaborate with sales and financing teams to ensure smooth transaction completion.

Data Entry: Accurately input title and vehicle information into the dealership management system.

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within the automotive industry.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation processes.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
