Are you a customer service professional who enjoys helping others? We're looking for a Temporary Call Center Agent (Bilingual: Spanish & English) to join our remote contact center team for a short-term project. This role involves assisting customers with inbound service inquiries and making outbound sales calls. What You'll Do

Handle inbound customer service calls and outbound sales calls.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.

Meet performance goals related to call handling, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Uphold a professional and friendly attitude with customers and team members.

Ensure confidentiality of both company and customer information.

Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish & English (Non-bilingual candidates may be considered).

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center or customer service environment.

Outbound call experience is required.

Strong communication skills with the ability to handle high call volumes.

Proficient in Windows-based software and internet browsing.

Accurate typing and data entry skills.

Reliable and able to maintain a consistent schedule.

Lead generation experience is preferred.

Work-from-Home Setup Requirements

Laptop or desktop computer (Windows 7, 8.1, or 10).

No tablets, Chromebooks, or iPads.

Wired mouse and landline phone (preferred).

High-speed internet connection (minimum 60 Mbps).

A quiet and professional work environment.

Training Schedule (Paid Training)

December 2, 2024: Welcome Training (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST).

December 3 - December 6, 2024: USC Training (10:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST).

Additional Details

This is a temporary, part-time remote position.

Off on Christmas Day and New Year's Day (no holiday pay).

Must be available to start on December 2, 2024.
