Job Description

Sr recruiter - hybrid role

Talent Acquisition team is a vital part of any organization, which supports employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle—from recruiting and hiring to onboarding and day-to-day employee support.

  • 2 days a week on site in Burlington area - mandatory

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on senior and specialized roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and earn trust with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment strategy and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience within a recruitment team.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies using a variety of sourcing channels, including Workday (ATS), job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical qualifications, soft skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Maintain consistent and transparent communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Design and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent
  • Leverage data and recruitment metrics to evaluate and refine hiring strategies for continuous improvement.
