Recruiter - $60k-$70k/annually DOE!

This position is a direct hire opportunity!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Recruiter for our IT client to start immediately at $60k-$70k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

The Recruiter is responsible for executing all steps in the recruiting process. The Recruiter will assist with the hiring and onboarding of all roles within the organization. This role will report the HR Generalist.

• Create and update job descriptions 
• Post current job openings on multiple job sites 
• Research and present new recruiting ideas and processes
• Review all applications 
• Assign and follow up on 90 days reviews 
• Complete 60 day check ins 
• Schedule and complete phone screens 
• Complete in person interviews 
• Send out new hire welcome emails 
• Manage new hire screenings and set up 
• Assist with coordinating onboarding 
• Build pipeline for future openings 
• Schedule and coordinate all interviews in the hiring process 
• Work with leadership to improve candidates screening process 
• Work with mangers to inform and train on new hiring processes and trends 
• Follow up and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process 
• Assist with the management of time and labor 
• Attend job fairs
• Assist with time and labor inquiries
• Form relationships with college career departments and professors to build pipeline
• Assist with HR events 
• Performs additional duties as needed 

Location: Tinley Park, IL

Schedule/Shift Details: First shift

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience preferred 
• IT or Sales recruiting experience a plus 
• Sales ability and/or experience
• Strong communication skills 
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred 
• Detail oriented 
• Efficient in all Microsoft products and ability to manage a CRM 
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
