Position Summary The Technical Analyst / Entry-Level reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Classification: Contract Contract Length: 7 Months In this role, you will be responsible for providing deskside technical support and technical support for end-users, systems, and hardware across our 2.5 million sq/ft campus, which includes 3 hospitals and 3 free-standing Emergency Departments. Tasks include, but are not limited to, re-imaging computers, setting up network devices, printers, installing and removing software, and troubleshooting end-user issues. This role involves physical activity, such as walking across the campus, pushing carts, lifting up to 50 pounds, crawling to check wiring, and mounting/racking servers and switches. Responsibilities Review, analyze, and evaluate IT systems operations. Determine user needs and recommend improvements. Serve as the primary contact between users and engineering/development staff. Work under supervision, following instructions and guidelines. Requirements 1+ years of technical support experience. Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Knowledge of common concepts, practices, and procedures in IT. Willingness to learn new technologies. Customer-focused support skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and self-motivate.
