• Contribute to the firm's long-term planning and growth initiatives, including succession planning.• A minimum of 15 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
• Proven expertise in tax planning, compliance, and preparation for various industries.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• CPA designation is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strategic mindset with a commitment to contributing to the firm's growth and success.
