Paso Robles’ #1 wine tasting room according to Yelp and Google is looking for a talented, experienced tasting room associate to join our team. If you know wine, know Paso Robles, have at least 1 year of prior tasting room experience, and strive to provide the highest level of customer service and hospitality possible, LXV wants you as part of our team.

We are looking to hire a smart, talented, knowledgeable tasting room associate for our downtown tasting room. Qualified candidates must possess ALL the following skills and attributes:

• At least 3+ year of tasting room associate experience or comparable experience in the high-end luxury hospitality sector
• Exceptional soft sales and communication skills with an emphasis on the sale and upsell of ultra-premium, highly-rated wines
• A deep knowledge of wine and winemaking
• A strong understanding of Paso Robles wine country, including the local vineyards and unique AVAs and terroirs of the region and the differences between them.
• A passion for culinary arts and experiences, including detailed knowledge and experience working and cooking with spices
• Exemplary five-star customer service and hospitality skills
• The ability to work within a small team and handle a wide variety of task and duties quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• High energy, tremendous self-confidence, and a winning attitude of “how can I help?”
• The ability to work Mondays through Sundays from 11:30am to 7:30pm
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and spend a good portion of the day working on your feet
• MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER
