The Role
As Superintendent, you’ll oversee the field operations of commercial and education projects across San Antonio, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Experience with K-12 projects is a strong plus.

✔ 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
✔ Proven ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and enforce safety standards
✔ Background in commercial and education projects (K-12 preferred)
✔ Strong communication skills & a problem-solving mindset
