Job Summary:
Student Nurses (Interns) in the BRN Workstudy Program are provided an observation clinical experience for nursing students which encourages students to select Kaiser Permanente for employment after graduation. Observation and practical applications are under the supervision of designated RN mentors. The students have no effect on staffing and are not considered to be part of the acuity staffing procedures nor can they replace any existing employees. Minimum Rate: $16.00/hour. Maximum Rate: $21.00/hour.
