Job Description

We are seeking an Expert Senior Designer – Store Design to help shape the future of global retail experiences. This role is responsible for creating scalable and detail-oriented design solutions that connect brand vision to real-world, physical spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine retail environment designs across a global store portfolio.
• Translate creative direction into 2D/3D models, drawings, and visual presentations.
• Balance space planning, storytelling, and product presentation in design solutions.
• Lead architectural, experiential, and spatial design components from concept through execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure feasibility and brand alignment.
• Present design ideas to leadership and stakeholders, integrating feedback as needed.
• Research trends in materials, technology, and consumer behavior to inspire innovation.
• Contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced creative culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Environmental Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in retail, experiential, or architectural design.
• A strong portfolio of retail or branded environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Keynote.
• Strong skills in space planning, visual storytelling, and design presentation.
• Experience leading complex design projects and mentoring creative teams.
• Knowledge of global design trends, materiality, and retail consumer behavior.
