Overview

Store Administrative Support Phoenix (Midtown) role at Buffalo Exchange. This is a non-customer facing position supporting the stores back office and a fast-paced, fashion-forward team. Prior clerical and computer experience (MS Word/Excel) as well as strong attention to detail are required. Some cashier experience is preferred. Position is generally 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with scheduling routine maintenance and managing operational supplies.
  • Maintaining store records and paperwork with organizational rigor.
  • Scanning cash register paperwork to Accounting daily.
  • Running errands and assisting with cleaning as needed.
  • Handling special projects and other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Prior clerical and computer experience (MS Word/Excel) and strong attention to detail.
  • Some cashier experience preferred.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, dependable with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work generally 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
