Job Description

Stock Clerks, Stockroom, Warehouse, or Storage Yard

• Retrieving appropriate exam/materials packets as needed during testing cycle.
• Packing lock boxes with appropriate Regents Examinations and non-secure materials based on the shipping notice(s) for each
• school.
• Preparing and packing the 2025 Field Tests/Pilot Tests.
• Scan FedEx labels into the Fed Ex machine so that we can track packages and weight of package.
• Updating computer system with new data from school districts so that materials are sent to the appropriate school and address
• on record.
• Organize said materials and examinations stored in TDU and label them.
• File all shipping notices.

*Additional requirements:

• Complex job that does require a unique set of skills, such as clerical, computer and labor.
• Computer skills needed: Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be able to lift, carry and move heavy lock boxes/cardboard boxes up to 70lbs.
• Must be able to meet tight timelines.
