What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

  • Sourcing and placing qualified candidates across a range of roles — from reviewing applications, to sourcing and placement, you will be an integral member of our branch.

  • Working closely with clients to understand what they really need, not just what they wrote in the job description.

  • Managing a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting desk with intention, focus, and follow-through.

  • Building systems. Building relationships. Building something that lasts.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in staffing or agency recruiting — preferably in light industrial, clerical, or professional roles.

  • A relentless work ethic and a calm mind.

  • Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.

  • The ability to think clearly under pressure and to move quickly without cutting corners.
