We're excited to expand our team and are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join us in driving innovation and excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and Automate: Use Salesforce automation tools to streamline business processes and create comprehensive Salesforce solutions, including Flows, APEX Class, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and LWC.
- Collaborate: Engage in daily scrum meetings, analyze and address user stories, and identify and resolve any gaps in functional user stories and business requirements. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Code and Maintain: Write clean, maintainable code following defined standards, and champion low-code/no-code solutions.
- Troubleshoot: Effectively debug and resolve issues or defects that arise in the production system.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce.com platform.
- Skills: Proven experience with Salesforce administration and development in Lightning Experience, and declarative Salesforce solutions.
- Qualifications: U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance. Active Salesforce certifications (excluding Administrator or Platform App Builder) are required.
- Attributes: Ability to interpret User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, manage security and permissions, and experience with customer portals.
