Job Description

What success looks like in this role:

• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and other developers to ensure platform optimization.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Conduct unit and system testing, and assist with QA processes.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.
• Breaks down functional and business requirements into tangible, clear and estimable objectives, providing recommendations to management and project team members.
• Writes end-to-end automated tests to provide code coverage for business-critical components.
• Ensures quality, performance and adherence to specifications of assigned development tasks and adjacent technology solutions.
• Works with team members to ensure design, development and execution align with and support adjacencies and adhere to established architectural standards.
• Notifies team or technical manager of variances from plans and identifies changes in scope or work.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (2-5+ years)
