Job Description

• 5+ years solving complex problems using Apex, VisualForce, SOQL and SQL.
• Experience with Support processes, Sales and Marketing operations and ERP systems.
• Administration skills for both Windows and Linux preferred.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.

Position Requirements:

• Collaborate with Support, Operations, Engineering, Sales and Finance teams to gather and document application requirements.
• Develop functional specification describing the data flows and user interfaces of the solution.
• Evaluate App Exchange solutions for possible fit.
• Define, document and present for review an architecture/design solution integrating the new application into the existing infrastructure.
• Scope project implementation phases and prepare development schedule, provide regular status updates.
• Develop application, verify with automated and ad-hoc testing.
• Develop/perform training and roll out system to production.
• Provide admin/development support for existing SFDC implementation.
