We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst that is 100% remote. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including the development of key performance indicators (KPIs), budget and forecasting, and interacting with the operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing new KPIs to better assess and drive business performance

• Regularly reviewing and analyzing office P& L

• Utilizing Sage accounting software for various financial tasks

• Forecasting cash flow and managing budgets to ensure financial stability

• Engaging with the operations team to review projects and their financial impact

• Focusing on field productivity and its utilization

• Driving process improvements and standardization across financial operations

• Ensuring accuracy and detail in all financial reports and analyses

• Independently completing assignments with minimal need for rework

• Reporting on KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Demonstrated experience in Budgeting and Forecasting
• Proficiency in KPI Reporting
• Expertise in using Sage Accounting Software
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• In-depth understanding of financial trends and market behavior
• Proven track record in financial analysis and strategy development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
