Job Description

Purpose: this position exists to perform a variety of marketing activities supporting and optimizing social partnerships, events and digital marketing programs, helping to achieve revenue and profitability targets by collaborating with members of the marketing team.

Essential Functions:

• Full management and ownership of divisional ambassadors and/or influencers from finding candidates, vetting and choosing candidates, negotiating contracts and terms, insuring that monthly assets and goals are met, renewing contracts and more
• Manages influencers and fields influencer requests via social media
• Manages select social channels in regards to LIVE postings, stories and influencer needs
• Assists Events Team by attending company sponsored events and industry shows to provide on-site administrative support.
• Assists in the management of social platforms in regards to engagement, content creation or scheduling for all social media channels
• Travels to various shows and events as needed
• May assist in updating divisional websites and blog posts
• Manage the Owners Club and perform the duties of the Owners Club liaison
• May assist internal and external team with search engine optimization, digital paid media and e-mail programs
• May assist Content and Communications Manager and Brand Managers with content idea generation and creative writing
• Additional duties as assigned by management

Additional Functions:

• Researches market trends and implements innovation media campaigns
• Researches and develops social listening campaigns and brand analysis around influencers, owners, potential owners, competitors and more
• Supports special projects as needed

Required Experience/ Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years related prior experience required

Necessary skills and abilities:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
• Knowledge and expertise around current social media trends
• Proficient in Microsoft office software
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

Work requirements:

• This position may require sitting, standing, working in front of a computer monitor in an office setting approximately 95% of the day.
• Requires ability to occasionally travel between field locations. Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, or crouch; use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds.
• This position is a full-time position, which may require some flexibility in hours & days worked (including Saturdays, as needed).
