Lucia Landscaping is a Top 100 Snow Contractor in the US located in Roseville, MI. We are preparing for the upcoming winter season and hiring dependable Team Members to run Front End Loaders, SDLG, Case, & Bobcats. ***Servicing all of Metro Detroit***

Heavy Equipment Operators (Front End Loaders, SDLG, Case, & Bobcats) - $23/hr - $27/hr depending on experience. Minimum 3+ years commercial operator experience preferred; driver's license required (no CDL required)

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Be on call 24/7 (including nights, weekends and holidays)
• Respond promptly to text messages/phone calls when on call
• Ability to work extended periods of time (shifts vary dependent on snowstorm)
• Ability to work in extreme cold, snow, sleet and darkness
• Safely operate equipment representing Lucia Landscaping in a professional manner
• Dependable Team Member
• Perform quality work
• One Team attitude – maintain a contagious attitude and willing to assist other workers as needed
