What we are looking for:
You have a keen eye for what makes short-form content pop, and your creative taste is right in line with the director's style. You not only get what makes a TikTok go viral but can explain the mechanics behind it, ensuring every video you touch has the potential to explode in popularity.
You're a fast learner who adapts quickly to new challenges without needing a lot of hand-holding. You are open to feedback and coaching, always looking to improve and grow.
Your passion for short-form content is palpable – you consume it, you love it, and you light up when talking about it. This enthusiasm drives your strong work ethic, and you're willing to put in the effort needed to create content that stands out. You have a "winning mentality" and aren't afraid to push through challenges to get the job done.
You meet deadlines without breaking a sweat, communicate promptly, and never leave anyone hanging. Your attention to detail is top-notch; you review your edits thoroughly, ensuring no sloppy mistakes slip through.
Responsibilities:
● Achieve High Viewership
● Consistent Content Delivery
● Efficient Revision Process
● Take raw footage and deliver completed TikTok videos
● Work closely with the director, who has the final decision-making authority, to ensure the creative vision is achieved
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in editing TikTok content or similar short-form video content and proficient in using Premiere.
● Experience with Photoshop and/or After Effects
● Strong understanding of the TikTok platform and its audience.
● Demonstrated ability to achieve high viewership metrics.
● Excellent time management and organizational skills.
● Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a creative team.
