Job Title: Sheet Metal Helpers

Location: Southern Houston

Pay Rate: $15+ DOE

Position Overview:

MEMCO Pasadena is currently looking to hire reliable and hardworking helpers . This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in the field— no tools required , and no previous experience necessary , although it is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in cleaning job sites and HVAC duct areas
• Help with sealing duct work as directed by lead mechanics
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow instructions and safety guidelines on site

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Clean to minimal background record
• Ability to work full shift and occasionally on weekends
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
