Job Description: Job Responsibilities

• Complete hands-on development within the ServiceNow platform including client scripts, business rutes, Ul actions, Ul policies, data policies script includes, catalog items, portal widgets, Ul pages, event and alert rules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• ServiceNow Certified System Developer (CSD) required.
• Enforce platform engineering and development standards
• Good understanding on Shopping Hub and Source to pay common architecture modules.
• Manage out-of-the-box functionality and perform necessary enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance.
• ServiceNow scripting modules such as Client Scripts, Ul Policies, and Business Rules to develop, customize, manage forms and fields.
• Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
• Scripted Rest APIs, REST Messages and Data Exports sets.
• Understanding on MID Servers.
• Create and configure Notifications, Ul pages, Ul Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Re ServiceNow.
• Notifications, Scheduled Jobs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
